Our cancellation policy for scheduled shopping assistance services is as follows:

24-48 hours before scheduled service 50% refund of the service fee
Less than 24 hours before scheduled service No refund (except in exceptional circumstances)

3. Service Modification

If you need to modify your shopping assistance service (e.g., change the date, time, or scope), please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes to your service when feasible, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests for service modifications made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Requests for service modifications made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a modification fee of €25.
  • Requests for service modifications made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be accommodated, or may incur a modification fee of €50, depending on the circumstances and availability.

4. Refund Policy for Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our shopping assistance services after they have been provided, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and may offer:

  • A partial or full refund of the service fee, depending on the nature of your dissatisfaction
  • Additional complimentary services to address your concerns
  • Other appropriate compensation as determined by our management team

  • Your name and contact information
  • The date and type of service provided
  • A detailed explanation of your concerns or reasons for dissatisfaction

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days with a proposed resolution.

5. Third-Party Retailer Policies

When we assist you with purchasing products from third-party retailers:

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds for these products are subject to the respective retailer's policies.
  • We will assist you in understanding and navigating these retailer policies as part of our service.
  • If requested, we can help facilitate returns or exchanges with retailers, subject to additional service fees for handling and shipping.

Please note that while we can guide you through the return process with retailers, we cannot guarantee that retailers will accept returns or provide refunds for purchased items.

6. Payment Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

We will work with you to reschedule your service or provide an appropriate refund, even if it falls outside our standard cancellation policy timeframes.
